All our Remy hair extensions are shipped directly from our warehouse in Canada. Please note that Canadian addresses do not have to pay any duty fees. Likewise, under the Canada & American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and HS Commodity code (6704.20 000), Americans DO NOT have to pay any duty fees on extensions bought directly from a Canadian manufacturer.
We ship all our orders using FedEx, Canada Post, and DHL for expedited parcels. We will always request a signature upon order delivery for your security and ours. Please note that due to COVID19, there may be shipment delays that we have no control over.
We want you to save money so we reduce your shipping costs and extra fees by not doing any split shipping. All our orders are only shipped once they are complete, this means that if you order 6 items and one of them takes longer to produce, we will wait until the final product is complete before we pack your items off to be shipped. If you are in a hurry and don’t mind paying for shipping multiple times, you can email us to let us know to release the items as they are ready.
Please note that each of our products is made by hand or machine at the moment of order so allow 7 to 14 production days before the order is ready. Some orders could take up to 15-20 days so please keep your timeframe in mind.

Yes, your billing and shipping addresses can be different. It is your billing and credit card addresses that must match. We want your package to arrive safely and securely.

We use DHL, Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, Purolator, and even Uber when possible for our VIP Client who needs the hair on the same day.

Once the package is shipped, we send you a tracking number by email before adding it to your account. You can also log in to your account on the site to check the status of your order.
Shipped means that: Your order has been dropped off at the post office or given to a parcel delivery company such as Fedex, DHL or Canada Post with whom we do business
As we care about your safety and ours, we cannot allow warehouse pick-ups. If you need your extensions in a hurry, we recommend that you select express delivery at check out.
To reduce shipping costs, we don’t send out split packages. As such, the order must be complete before it is sent out. We ship all packages using FedEx, Canada Post and DHL for the expedited option. As soon as your order is shipped, we email you with a verified tracking number so you can easily track the transit. Should there be any delays, our experienced representatives will contact you.
Unfortunately, we don’t ship to some areas of Canada and others may incur additional fees.
Some places have additional delivery charges that are out of our control and are excluded from the Ecpedited 3 business Day delivery program.
If we are unable to ship your order to a remote location, don’t worry, you will be notified by email.
Processing means that: We have received your order and entered it in our system and we are sending it to our manufacturer who will start making it
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
Picking the right color can be difficult when choosing it through a computer screen. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange/refund/return policy. We’d be glad to accommodate you and exchange your UNOPENED Remy Hair Distributor products. However, for sanitary reasons, we WILL NOT accept exchanges on items that have been opened, worn, or otherwise tampered with.
Yes, you are responsible for the shipping costs of your return. We ask that you send us your returns and exchanges with tracking as we won’t be responsible if they are lost.
Once we have received and inspected your return. We will verify that the hair has not been opened, removed from its packaging, or taken out of its cardboard backing which is protected by a seal.
We accept returns within 30 days. If your order is incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days after delivery by EMAIL at firstname.lastname@example.org and make sure we received an answer your email before you initiate the return. The product shall be returned as an exchange and we shall redeliver the correct items at our own cost.
No. Since our return address is different from the shipping address, we ask you to contact us beforehand. The RMA facilitates the tracking of your returned parcel which expedites your refund. Refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied.

You have 24 hours to modify or cancel your custom order. However, it is impossible to return custom orders as they were tailored to your specifications.

As soon as our warehouse confirmed reception and inspection of your order, we will release your new order. Please note that all orders takes 5-7 business days to process and ship from our warehouse, regardless the shipping method you’ve chosen.
If the price of your exchange is lower or higher than your initial order, we will send you an email accordingly. If amount is higher: you will receive an invoice to pay the difference in price. Please note that your new order won’t be process until the full amount is paid even if you have a credit in store.
If the amount is lower, we will issue your refund back to your original method of payment
The bundles must be intact and still in their original package to be accepted for a return, a refund, or an exchange.
If you are not satisfied with your order, we also offer a refund policy. The items must be unopened and in their original packaging. The hair extensions must be unused. If you have used the hair and are unsatisfied with it, please contact us and we will accept returns if applicable but YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST BEFORE YOU PROCEED TO RETURN THE PACKAGE. Refunds will be processed in the same method of payment as your original transaction. Refunds are calculated as follows: the total amount of orders minus the shipping charges that applied to cover the processing costs.
We will provide refund to the original payment form placed on order once we confirmed condition of returned package. Please note that we are not responsible for the time financial institution takes to issue the refund. Some take up to 7-10 business days to proceed. Please see with your bank and card issuer’s refund policy. PLEASE NOTE THAT COST OF SHIPPING WILL NOT BE DEDUCTED.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they have entered their address correctly. Please double check that you have entered your shipping and billing addresses correctly before ordering. We cannot be held responsible for the loss of your package in the event of a wrong address. You have 24 hours to modify your order. Please send us an email with your order number at email@example.com. Address changes cannot be made after 6 PM EST on the day of the order.
If your order is already processing or shipped, we cannot change the address until the first attempt at delivery has been made.
