- SHOPIFY MONTHLY FEES: Please note that there is a 40$ monthly fee with Shopify
- PAYMENT GATEWAY: Please note that you will have to set up your Payment gateways that will be on the site. we can teach you how or do it for additional fees
- WEBSITE MAINTENANCE: We offer website maintenance if interested
- PRODUCT AND OTHER PAGES: We can teach you how to add other products and pages to your site once finished; please let us know if interested

Production Time: Please note that each order have to be produced by our manufacturer, therefore we need 1-3 weeks to produce before we ship)
To reduce shipping cost, orders are shipped only when all the products are ready
SHIPPING: Please verify all informations on your billing and shipping bill to avoid delay in delivery. Your Remy Hair Extensions are shipped from our warehouse so please allow proceeding time before we ship the order regardless of what you choose as shipping option.
TRACKING: You are going to receive your first email confirmation once your payment has cleared to confirm the order. You will receive a second email once your order has shipped with tracking number. If any problems, please contact your courier first and then contact us.
RETURNS: Please contact us first before you proceed. Returns are accepted within 30 days . We do not accept returns after 30 days. Please note that we are not responsible of the cost of returns. Only unopened, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging items are accepted. Please refer to your return page: Return and Shipping Policy
CREDIT: Once we received the package in its original states, you may if you wish have a credit in store (minus the shipping fees) instead of a full refund that you can use.
